Ariel Chazanas, founder and CEO of Lotus West Properties, has been immersed in the world of real estate since childhood. Born into a family of property developers and managers, Ari's journey in the industry began at the tender age of 6, when he accompanied his father on property visits and absorbed valuable lessons in tenant relations, construction management, and brokerage.

Education and Early Career:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance from UCLA
California Real Estate License holder

Professional Milestones:

Founded Lotus West Properties in his late 20s, starting with 20 units
Grew the company's management portfolio to over 900 units in the greater Los Angeles area
Expanded into third-party management, now employing a team of 12 full-time professionals
Maintains ownership stakes in several managed properties

Key Achievements:

Spearheaded condominium conversion projects in the early 2000s, successfully renovating and selling 95 units across Brentwood, Long Beach, Santa Monica, and Santa Clarita
Invested in and profitably sold single-family residence and duplex renovation projects in Inglewood and Los Angeles
Co-founded Haven, a co-living investment group, in 2019
- Developed a 96-bed health & wellness-focused co-living community in Venice
- Expanded with an 86-bed property in 2020, with plans for further growth
